How It Works

Connect

Click the "Connect Your GHL Account" button and authorize access via GoHighLevel.

Configure

Install and activate the companion WordPress plugin. Map your Elementor form fields to GHL fields in the plugin settings.

Sync

That's it! Leads submitted through your Elementor forms are automatically created as contacts in your GHL account.

Get Started

Note: An administrator needs to perform this initial setup. Website users will configure form mappings in the WordPress plugin.

Administrator Setup Steps:

  1. Connect Your GHL Account: Click the "Connect Your GHL Account" button below. You will be redirected to GoHighLevel to choose a location and grant permission.
  2. Install the WordPress Plugin: Download the "Elementor Forms to GHL Sync" plugin and install it on your WordPress site. (Download Link - Placeholder)
  3. Activate the Plugin: Go to your WordPress Admin Dashboard, navigate to Plugins, and activate "Elementor Forms to GHL Sync".
  4. Configure the Plugin: In the WordPress admin menu, go to EF → GHL Sync. Your GHL Location ID should be pre-filled. Configure field mappings for your Elementor forms and save the settings.
  5. Test the Integration: Submit a test form on your website and verify the lead appears in your GHL CRM.
